"Felt like there wasn’t much to work with"
I went in looking for parts for my central vac and felt a bit brushed off. The selection seemed really limited, and I couldn’t even find a few basic pieces I expected them to have. After looking around for a while and not getting much help, I ended up leaving and buying what I needed somewhere else.

"Surprisingly easy to use"
I’ll give them credit, the site was actually easy to get around. I found what I needed without having to click through a million random pages, which is apparently not always a given these days. Search worked fine, the product pages had enough info, and checkout looked simple enough. Nothing flashy, but it was clear and didn’t make me instantly regret being there.

"Support wasn’t as helpful as I expected"
I ran into some issues getting my central vac setup working and reached out to tech support. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the response time felt slow, and when they did reply, the answers seemed a bit rushed. I ended up figuring out most of it on my own, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely expected a little more help.

"Solid replacement hose, works great"
I ordered a replacement hose from centralvacuumdirect.com and it showed up in about 3 or 4 days, so quick overall.

The hose feels a lot better than my old one. It’s not stiff, doesn’t kink every 10 seconds when I’m moving around, and both ends fit like they should. The suction is back to what I’d expect too.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, probably a dozen times or so, and haven’t had any issues. Happy with the purchase and I’d buy it again.

"I reached out a few times..."
I reached out a few times with some basic questions before placing an order, but nobody ever replied. I waited a couple days, checked my inbox, checked my spam folder, refreshed my email, even looked to see if maybe I missed a chat notification or something, but nothing came through. It was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a simple answer before buying.

"Good price and no complaints"
I needed a part for my central vac and ended up finding it here for less than a couple of other places I checked. Who doesn’t like saving a few bucks, right? Shipping could’ve been a little quicker, but it arrived in good shape and did exactly what it was supposed to do. For the price, I’m happy with it. Would I order from them again if the deal is still good? Yeah, probably.

"Pretty straightforward experience overall"
I placed the order and just kind of waited to see how it would go, since sometimes things show up different than expected. Packaging was fine, nothing really stood out one way or another, and everything looked normal when I opened it. After checking it over, it turned out to be exactly what I ordered, so no complaints from me

"Took a while, but it works okay"
The delivery took longer than I was expecting, so I was already a little annoyed by the time it showed up. When I opened it, the hose also felt kind of cheaper than I thought it would, which didn’t give me the best first impression. After using it for a bit, I will say the suction is definitely better than before, so at least it does help there. Just wish the rest of the experience felt a little more solid.

"So, the issue got fixed eventually"
so I had a problem with my order and it was frustrating at first. I had to reach out a couple times before it really got handled, which wasn’t ideal. But to be fair, they did end up fixing it and sent me the right part. It wasn’t the quickest service, but they didn’t just leave me hanging either. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Install took more effort than I expected"
Ordering was totally fine, no real issues there. But the install ended up being harder than I thought it would be. I’m sure someone who’s more handy or has done this kind of thing before might have a smoother time, but for me the instructions weren’t always clear and I had to redo a couple parts. It all worked out in the end, but it definitely took a lot longer than I had planned.

"Showed Up on Time, But the Box Had Seen Better Days"
My order arrived right when it was supposed to, so no complaints there. But when I picked up the box, it definitely looked like it had been through a rough trip. One corner was partly open, which made me a little nervous at first. Luckily, everything was still inside and nothing was damaged, so it worked out fine. I just wish it had been packed a bit better...

I’m really not happy with my order at all. It wasn’t what I expected, the whole experience left me disappointed. I tried to give it a chance, but at this point I feel like this needs to be escalated because I don’t think it’s being handled properly. "Delivery was reliable, which I really needed"
I ordered a few parts for my central vac, i was feeling mentally drained that week, so I really appreciated that the delivery showed up when they said it would. The tracking was easy enough to follow, too. The box had a small dent when it arrived, but everything inside was fine, so I don’t really have any complaints...
